It is still raining but at least things are greening up. It has actually been quite beautiful at Endeavor Farm with the bright green leaves against all of the grey skies.
Our parsnips lasted through the winter and we had them with our potroast on Sunday.

If you haven't cut the flowering stalks off of your rhubarb yet, now is the time to do it!
